So it pointed to a AMD graphic driver. With that or previous version, casting to TV have no problem. With any of newer version, there is mentioned problem and casting isn't functional. I tried to substitute atiumd6a. And I add a note that using almost 3 year old drivers probably isn't a solution too.
So I will be glad if anyone will have another advice. Posted 03 March - AM. Since this is very specific to AMD, I'd suggest calling their technical support hotline to ask them about it. Hello, I know, my english is not so good, but, can you help me with communication with AMD technician?
AMD still telling that my VGA doesn't support miracast and I trying to explain, that duplicating or extending my primary screen to TV is working with older drivers. I send to AMD every information, every log, information from this post So, can you help me, what to tell to AMD for advence of this case?

I proceeded exactly these steps: Click on Action center icon in right down corner of the screen, then click on "Project" button, then click on "Connect to wireless screen" and then choose my TV Samsung to connect and cast the screen.
I would like to point out, that there is two forum threads with detailed description of my problem, my troubleshooting steps, my findings and also video file, that explains, what I can see, when trying to connect. There are also answers to that basic questions you asked me now. Please, can you read that posts? I'm not sure if I can understand your answer.
That feature is Miracast? If I can see, there is in dxdiag file that information: Miracast: Available, with HDCP And as I said, with older drivers projecting to external monitor works perfectly fine.
So I can't understand that. My findings are, that graphic card can do projecting to external monitor and with newer driver there is some conflict in software as you can see in log from event log. So I'm not sure we are talking about same thing and would like to be sure. Could you please confirm the driver version that was working properly with this feature? And what if you roll back to the same driver version and does it resolve the issue?
I tried about 15 versions of drivers and for sure, I did everytime complete uninstall with DD uninstaller and restart PC.
With new versions of drivers there is everytime that sequence of events: - I connect to my home wireless network - in windows action center control panel I click to "Project", then connect to wireless device - then I can see my TV and can click on int - in information strip panel at top of screen I can see status "Connected to "name of my TV"", after that screen two times flashes to black and then I can see "Disconnected" status.
On that video file you can exactly see, what I can see on my PC. And I realized in eventlog, there is some conflict between file from your VGA drivers and some windows process. And in first sended mail to you I attached copy of crash dump file with that error.
There are exact information for that crash. Thanks for contacting AMD. Is that my fault and my VGA doesn't support wireless connect to my TV, even if it is working with older drivers?
I really can't understand that situation but have a feeling, that communication with AMD have no solution. Thank you. Posted 25 March - AM. I can understand if my HW really doesn't support that feature, but I can clearly see and can prove can replicate that with specific version of AMD drivers and older this function is working.
Both doesn't look like "not supported". Posted 26 March - AM. I don't think taht is for something useful to know certification for Miracast on my TV. As I said, with older drivers everything run correctly, with newest drivers there are some conflict with drivers which leads to crash that app you can see crash dump, event logs and video, that show, that PC will connect succesfully to TV and immediately disconnect and LOGs tells us that is due to drivers crash.
I'm pretty sure that phone number is useless to my problem solving, my english is not so good when I speaking.
Drivers date was about August and there was still same problem. But I think this can't be true. Can't believe. Download the new Windows 11 driver from AMD.
